Blue spotty Smugly vase
This month I've been making slab ware pots and vases. I have made a few in the past but I'm still practicing!
I decided to call them Shmuglys, because that means someone or something that is so ugly they're cute and in need of a hug. Perfect name.
This listing is for the small blue Shmugly with white spots.
Fired many times as I wasn't happy with the glaze, but now I love him! And with flowers, I think he looks fantastic.
I've checked all the pots to make sure they're waterproof. They don't have to be a vase tho, you could also use them for brushes, pens or bits and bobs
Blue spotty Shmugly dimensions are approximately 10cm x 6.5cm.
*All my pieces are designed and made by me at my home studio.
* I use an earthenware clay, non toxic glazes and fire then in my electric kiln.
*As handmade items they're not perfect, but it's the imperfections that add personality and charm.
