POSTAGE + TERMS
I take every care to make sure your order is wrapped safely and arrives in perfect condition.
Items are packed securely, using as little plastic as possible. Where I do use plastic , it is often re-used from supplier deliveries or unwanted packaging donated by friends.
All my bubblewrap, cardboard or paper can be recycled through your local recycle service or reused by you as packaging or in craft projects!
In the event of breakage during shipping, I will try and replace the item, but please bear in mind that this could take up to three to four weeks if a similar item is not in stock and I have to make it from scratch. In the event of the piece being irreplaceable, I will offer reimbursement or replacement with another item of the same value.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your delivery as soon as possible, so that I can try and help.

I use Royal Mail to ship my items.
Postage is a flat fee, no matter how many items you buy
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalised orders.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in a perfect saleable condition.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of item.
If you are returning an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable postal service. I cannot guarantee that I will receive the returned item.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Any orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and handling fees collected by the destination country. This is likely to be around 20% the cost of your order.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays and may change the estimated delivery times. Please be aware and know your countries VAT tax import limits.
DATA PROTECTION
Any personal data disclosed through making a purchase on this site, such as name, address and email address are used for the sole purposes of processing and satisfying orders that have been placed. Occasionally, if there are any problems with an order, the customer will be contacted using the information provided.
Your personal information will never be used for direct marketing from me, unless you have opted in for this.
- CONSENT
When providing personal information to complete a transaction, such as purchase of work, delivery or returns, you are giving consent for me to collect and use that information for that specific reason only.
- BIG CARTEL
The online shop is hosted by Big Cartel, who provide the e-commerce platform for me. Your data is stored through their data storage, database and Big Cartel application. It is securely stored on their main server. Please see their Data Protection Policy for full details.
- PAYMENTS
All financial transactions are dealt with through Paypal and Stripe. All personal financial information is retained by these providers and never passed on or disclosed to me.
- SECURITY
To protect your personal information, I will take all reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If in the instance there has been a breach of security, all parties will be notified as soon as possible.
- THIRD PARTY
Personal information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
- CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
I have the right to make changes to and amend the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately. Please review terms frequently.
